ARCHITECTURE

Sr. AI Architect

Ahmedabad, India

Owns how AI is woven through our engineering pipeline across hardware, firmware, cloud and app — from spec-drafting to test generation — and where the line to human review sits at each layer.

Responsibilities

  • Define where AI tooling fits across the engineering pipeline — hardware, firmware, cloud/device platforms, and app — from spec-drafting to test generation.
  • Personally use AI to turn a product spec into first-pass architecture options, API contracts, and test cases within hours, then decide which of those drafts are sound enough to hand to engineers for build-out.
  • Set and enforce the review boundary between AI-generated output and human sign-off at each layer — deciding what AI can draft (scaffolding, boilerplate, first-pass docs) versus what always requires an engineer's judgment (power budgets, safety margins, cost, regulatory limits).
  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain the AI tooling (code generation, test generation, review assistance) used by the engineering team.
  • Partner with engineering leads across hardware, firmware, and software to keep AI-assisted workflows consistent and auditable.
  • Document the AI/human split for client-facing engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong systems engineering background across at least two of: embedded/firmware, cloud/backend, mobile/web.
  • Hands-on experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into production engineering workflows, not just using AI coding assistants personally.
  • Comfortable setting technical standards and reviewing the work of other senior engineers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an agency/consultancy environment building for multiple clients in parallel.
  • Familiarity with regulated or safety-relevant hardware environments.

FIRMWARE

Firmware Engineer

Ahmedabad, India

Bare-metal and RTOS firmware across connectivity stacks (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, cellular), power-budget tuning, and OTA pipelines for client hardware builds.

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain bare-metal and RTOS firmware for client hardware builds.
  • Use AI to draft driver scaffolding, protocol stack boilerplate, register-map code, and unit test scaffolding — then own the parts AI can't: timing correctness, power budgets, and safety-critical review before anything ships.
  • Implement and tune connectivity stacks: BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, cellular.
  • Own power-budget tuning for battery-constrained devices.
  • Build and maintain OTA update pipelines.
  • Work directly with hardware engineers to debug issues at the board/firmware boundary.

Requirements

  • Professional experience with embedded C/C++ on bare-metal or RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar).
  • Practical experience with at least one wireless connectivity stack (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, or cellular).
  • Comfortable with a JTAG/SWD debugger, logic analyzer, and oscilloscope as daily tools.

Nice to have

  • OTA update pipeline design experience.
  • Power profiling and low-power design experience for battery-powered devices.

Jr. Full-stack Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain features across cloud/device platforms and mobile/web apps under senior review.
  • Use AI to draft API/UI scaffolding, boilerplate CRUD endpoints, and first-pass test cases — then take ownership of making that draft correct, not just shipping what AI produced.
  • Work directly with senior engineers to learn where the line sits between what AI can draft and what needs your own judgment call.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of a modern web stack (JS/TS, a frontend framework, and a backend/API layer).
  • Some exposure to cloud services (auth, storage, deployment), even from personal projects or coursework.
  • Comfortable using AI coding tools as an accelerant, not a replacement for understanding your own code.

Nice to have

  • Any mobile app development experience (native or cross-platform).
  • Exposure to IoT/device-facing APIs.
